my website is not on my dashboard

  WordPress customer service is horrible just to begin with. I had my account for senoracleaningnetwork.com switched to another name and now i cannot see the website on my dashboard i can still login into the admin but i cant make the website go live or anything. and wordpress makes it so hard to send an email get the account info or any type of help this service is absolutely horrendous my site has been down for like atleast 2 weeks now and every method of contact has not worked. I can still see the transaction for the plan on the account but no domain so i cant really access it

  You started a topic (the one and only topic you ever started) only 1 hour ago and you are stating “WordPress customer service is horrible” ??

  senoracleaningnetwork.com is up and running but it has been set to private.

  You created the account senoracleaningnetwork4d8cfd0800 on Jan 9, 2026 meaning it can’t own a site created before that date. It seems you have another wordpress.com account senoracleaningnetwork which owns your site. So log out from current and log in again as senoracleaningnetwork

  yes I stated they were horrible, this is just my experience. As I’ve stated the email was a workspace account and was changed so no longer can get into that email
