My website is not opening on certain mobile devices
-
I am experiencing an issue where my website ppcinebr.cc does not open on some mobile devies, especially iPhones, Server users have recently reported that the site either fails to load or gets stuck while trying to open it.
The website is functioning normally on desktop and on many android devices, so the issue seems to be limited to specific mobile brwoser.
Before I investigate further:
Could this be related to any known browser compatibility issues?
Are there WordPress.com settings or configurations that might affect mobile accessibility?
Is there any recommended way to diagnose website loading failures on certain devices?

We can’t help as that site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform.
That ppcine is considered to be illegal and a lot of providers simply block those things.

Hi @ppcinebr As mentioned above, the site ppcinebr.cc isn’t hosted at WordPress.com. It uses self-hosted WordPress.org and is hosted with Cloudflare, you can check it here https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/https://ppcinebr.cc
For self-hosted sites, please reach out to your hosting provider as they would be able to check logs and help you debug/troubleshoot the issue. -
Thanks for your question — I understand the confusion.
Yes, you can absolutely use WordPress with ppcinebr.cc. There’s nothing illegal about that. The key point is that there are two different versions of WordPress, and they work differently:
- WordPress.com – a managed hosting platform run by Automattic
- WordPress.org – the open-source WordPress software that you install on your own hosting
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
Your site ppcinebr.cc is using WordPress.org, which means it’s self-hosted (in your case, hosted behind Cloudflare). Because of that, WordPress.com does not have access to your site’s server, logs, or configuration.
That’s why we’re unable to troubleshoot the issue from WordPress.com’s side — not because it’s illegal or unsupported, but because it’s hosted elsewhere.
Many websites use WordPress.org successfully, including those you’ve seen related to PPCine. To debug or fix issues with your site, you’ll need to contact:- Your hosting provider, or
- Whoever manages the server where WordPress is installed.
They’ll be able to check server logs and help identify what’s going wrong.
I hope this clears things up.

PPCine, like many free streaming apps offering copyrighted movies and shows without authorization, operates in a legally gray area and is generally considered an illegal streaming source because it distributes unlicensed content, exposing users to risks like malware and potential copyright infringement, even though direct prosecution of individuals is rare.
