My website is not rendering as per customization

  Haven’t touched CSS or basic customization but website rendering to default template text. Followed WP browser clearing instructions etc. but still no joy.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  I’m sorry your site isn’t loading correctly for you. Can you make a screenshot of what you see on your site? You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service like Snaggy.

  That will help me understand what’s going wrong.

  Thanks so much for the prompt response. It appears that somehow the font customization reverted to default which of course is odd given that I haven’t messed with it for many months. Anyway, I’ve reset the look and hopefully that will stick. Cheers!

  Sorry for the trouble with the font change! I’m not sure why that happened, but I’m glad you have it back to the way you want it to look. :) If you have any more trouble with that, just let me know!

  Hi Rachel,

  The text is still resorting to the template default. Changed and saved several times now. Cleared all browser caches. Very puzzling. Any thoughts?

  If this comes up again, can you make a screenshot of the problem you see? (You can upload screenshots to your Media Library under Media > Add New in your dashboard, or you can use an online service like Snaggy.)

  That way, I can see what’s going wrong even if it fixes itself again. :)
