  Hello- My website and plugins are not updating. It keeps telling me everything is up to date but it’s not. How do I fix this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I did go to the link you sent me and feel like I am in a loop that keeps sending me to the same places in the circle. I’ve been there and all over the place with no real help.
