My website is not within my wordpress account
-
I logged into my WordPress account to work on my website and found that I no longer have any sites registered to my account. My website is fully established, activated and running, and yet I cannot access it. My website is still active and live. How did this happen, and how can I gain access back to my website? I am very confident that this is the username and e-mail used to create it, and I only have one WordPress account. Please help me retrieve it if possible!
If it is not possible to gain access, is it possible to remove/delete my original website so I can build it again? I rather not leave it existing as my business is distinct and I don’t want my customers confusing the domains. -

Hi there,
You are in the wrong support forum. You are using the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com. WordPress.com forum helps the sites hosted on WordPress.com only.
Name Servers :
ns2.hosting2go.nl
ns1.hosting2go.nlYou need to login in WordPress.org Account.
For further queries please ask your question here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/miscellaneous/#new-postNote the difference here between .com and .org
Hope this helps .
Thanks!
