Sorry you are having troubles seeing your site. The good news is, when I open the site paellamadrid.wordpress.com, I can see the site, using both google chrome and mozilla firefox. What web browser are you using?
Sometimes it can be a simple browser issue. Be sure that the browser you are using is up to date with Browse Happy, also you can try clearing your cache and cookies.

Where are you located globally? We are looking into reports that Spanish users are unable to access WordPress.com sites. What internet service provider are you using?
