  Hi I updated plugins on my website and now my website is broken i get this when i try and open my website.

  Hi,

  It appears that your website is not using WordPress.com. Therefore, we can’t really help with this issue here.

  Bizarrely, I can’t seem to identify your hosting provider and a brief search makes it seem like you might not be using WordPress. As such, I’m hesitant to offer a support alternative, but it might be best to contact your hosting provider.

  Hi,

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  They are two different things – however this forum is for WordPress.com. As such, please refer to my previous message.

  This forum can’t, but if you are using the self-hosted version of WordPress, you might find more success here: https://wordpress.org/support/

  Or contact your hosting provider.
