  The account that you’ve used to contact us does not own any upgrades or domains through WordPress.com. I think you might be using the open source WordPress.org software instead.

  Help for that version of WordPress comes from the community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  Share a link to the site and we can confirm. When checking lambandlion.co.uk I can see that the domain does not exist and is not registered anywhere.
