my website is not working

    I purchased the wordpress/bluehost package with the SSL certificate. However, when I launched my website it was showing as unsecure and that I needed a dedicated IP address. I got the free one offered with my Bluehost package and immediately my website quit working. Bluehost said it would come back up in a few hours. I received an alert from Jetpack that it was back up. However, it still is not working.

    Is this for https://bluebirdcardsandgifts.com/? That site is working fine for me.

    That said, your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.

    Please contact Bluehost support directly for help with this, as they control your SSL and your site’s IP.

    For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
