My website is not working correctly

Hello dear WordPress team, unfortunately my website is not working correctly.
since I am a service based business, the right function of my website is essential.
So I have 2 issues
1. when I try to open my site as a visitor I get a ‘ this connection is not private ‘ site and can’t open the website.
why does that happen and how can I stop it to occur.
2. when my visitors fill in a get in touch information, I don’t get any notification neither in WordPress or my email.
I have to change that so that every time someone fills out the get in touch file, I get a notification with the message they sent.
these are the 2 issues I am facing right now.dear WordPress team please help me make my website work correctly.

Thanks for getting in touch. Let’s look at these 1 at a time.
1. when I try to open my site as a visitor I get a ‘ this connection is not private ‘ site and can’t open the website.
It looks like the domain is registered through Public Domain Registry and hosted through Bluehost. Your domain registrar should issue an SSL certificate upon request, there’s probably an additional fee for it. Not everywhere builds security in to their hosting like we do at WordPress.com.
The site is hosted by Bluehost.You will want to talk to them about the email not working for the notification. Custom email is set up through DNS records. Again, none of this is set up through WordPress.com so I can’t actually see what is causing your issues.
If you aren’t able to get help from either of those listed above then I would use the volunteer community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
