My website is offline, I have no clue how to renew my plan?

My website is offline, I want to renew my plan to get my website back up, but I have no clue how to do it. I can not see which plan I have now, I can upgrade to business which makes me think I have premium, but premium should allow me support via chat, which I can not find anywhere?? I was always able to speak with someone from WordPress… Not anymore?
My business is no longer visible but I can not find anyone to talk to. Is it best to move the website somewhere else or is there a way to keep it at WordPress? Who can help?
The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

You need to go to your site’s upgrade page and purchase another yearly Business subscription:

Also, you don’t have a Premium plan currently. Since your site was on the Business plan that allows custom themes and plugins, your only options to upgrade are Business or eCommerce – you don’t have a plan at the moment.

Hi there,
I’ve sent you a link via email to pay for a new Business Plan on your site. Let us know here once you’ve completed payment, and we can add a new plan to your site manually.
That should reactivate your plugins, and will allow you to reconnect your domains again, along with restoring your access to live chat support.

If you want to downgrade your site to the Premium Plan, we’ll need to revert it to how it was before you installed any plugins – installing plugins causes certain changes on a site, and those changes prevents you from using a different plan.
Reverting a site runs a risk that any content you added since first installing plugins can be lost, so I’ll need you to confirm before I can start that process.
