I have tried to contact my web host and he has not responded why my site has been suspended and I cannot find all the work I did on my word press site. Is there a way to retrieve the information. My website was live just a week ago. Thank you

What is the address of the site? I don’t see any suspended sites in your account.

If you have a site hosted somewhere else, only your hosting provider is able to help you. We have no control over or access to sites not on WordPress.com.

Please tag any and all threads mentioning suspended sites for staff. We do not discuss terms of service issues in the forums, and threads about suspended WordPress.com sites need to be closed. A user might have selected a site in the contact form that’s not suspended, even if they have another suspended site in their account.
