  • Hi there, @ayuchi227!

    Thanks for reaching out here.

The issue here is that your domain is not currently pointing to your WordPress.com site.

Can you confirm that you want the domain dna-space.com to point to your site https://610space.wpcomstaging.com/? If so, you will want to delete the custom A records you currently added to dna-space.com. You can do so by heading to the following link:

    https://wordpress.com/domains/manage/dna-space.com/dns/610space.wpcomstaging.com

From there, you will want to delete both custom A records so that this domain points to your WordPress.com site.

For now, I have set 610space.wpcomstaging.com as the primary site address on your site. That means you can save changes on your site.

You can set dna-space.com as the primary site address on your site again after you remove the custom A records as mentioned above. Here is how to set dna-space.com as your primary site address once you complete that:

    WP
Domains » Set a Primary Address

Your primary site address is the domain that people will see in their browser’s address bar when they visit your site. It is the address you use to promote your website. With a WordPress.com plan, you can set a custom domain as the primary site address. Without a paid plan, all custom domain(s) on the site will automatically redirect to your free .wordpress.com or .wpcomstaging.com site address

Let me know if you have any questions!
