  My website is http://www.stayhealthytill70.com – I installed a pop up plugin – supsystic – the wp-wdmin page, i could no longer login and can even open installed plugin page to delete this plugin – please advise – thx in advance

If you are trying to get help with your self-hosted WordPress.org installation, you should post on the WordPress.org support forum at https://wordpress.org/support/. (You will need to create a new user account to post a question there, as the two sites are completely separate.)
