PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON! I have online advertisements that just went out today! I'm paying for these ads and they are leading people to a site that looks like it doesn't exist! Are you going. To reimburse me for this?

re: http://reinforthequinecom.wordpress.com/
No blogger initiated advertising is allowed on WordPress.com blogs. The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/monetize-your-site/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/
http://en.wordpress.com/apply-for-wordads/Advertising outside of WordAds at WordPress.com is not allowed.
http://support.wordpress.com/advertising/ Here’s what gets a blog suspended:
http://wordpress.com/types-of-blogs/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/advertising/
http://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/
http://en.wordpress.com/tos/1. WordPress.com allows bloggers to insert text affiliate links within post and page content to most third-party affiliate programs, provided they are not the primary content of the site in question.
2. Image affiliate links in posts and pages and any banners, affiliate links in sidebar or footer widget areas, are still considered to be advertising and are not allowed on WordPress.com blogs.
NOTE: A self-hosted WordPress site might be right for you. WordPress.org offers free software that you can install on a web server. You can upload and install themes and plugins, run ads, conduct ecommerce and edit the database. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ See: Moving to Self-Hosted WordPress
https://move.wordpress.com/WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

I can access this site https://reinforthequinecom.wordpress.com/ instantly.
It sounds like you have either a connectivity issue of a browser related issue.
Make sure you are running an up to date browser version found at https://browsehappy.com Try clearing your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and see the tips here https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
If you are not successful please provide this specific info:
(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/ -
I’ve tried on my computer and my iPhone
Go onto safari or google and put in reinforthequine and then hit the link
You get a message that the site does not exist
My friend even tried on her work computer!!! -
re: search engine discoverability
It can take weeks for search engines to index your site content. Please read this support doc https://en.support.wordpress.com/search-engines/ so you know we have no control over search engines positioning or appearance in the SERPs (search engine page results).
To verify blog ownership of a WordPress.com hosted blog with the major search engines you must use this process > http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
Note: Even if you do not verify the blog the content will be indexed by search engines so don’t feel panicky about this please.WordPress.com automatically supplies sitemaps for our blogs to search engines – we do nothing. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sitemaps/#xml-sitemaps-for-search-engines
To gain search engine attention, I recommend that you start publishing posts (not pages) https://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ frequently. That’s because it can take weeks for search engines to index content in a new blog and/or to re-index content under a new URL.

I’m so not a techy so pls forgive me but what does it mean that google is indexing my site?

Hi @reinforthequine, the domain reinforthequine.com expired some time ago, which is why that no longer works. It was owned by another user on your site. We can try to get the domain back, but the registrar attaches an $80 redemption fee at this point, in addition to the original unpaid renewal fee.
Do you want us to go ahead and send that invoice? It would go to the email address for the domain owner.

Nope! It wasn’t
There was a glitch on your end that was a MAJOR pain to resolve bc I changed my email address that’s it -
