If I owe $80 that’s fine but I was told the problem was due to an “indexing” issue with google
Which is it?
I can’t recall when I paid my $80 last and if this is due yearly and I’m overdue then let’s clear this up – at least it will be a quick fix!!!

@reinforthequine, please login first as the person who owns the domain. (It was bought under another account.) Then head to http://wordpress.com/help/contact to open a chat. They’ll be able to help you faster that way. But you must log in with the correct account (the one you used to buy the upgrade.) That is also the one we sent expiration notices to.

Omg if you guys left the email under [redacted] after the hassle I had to go through to show you that I canceled that email address and you didn’t change it to [redacted] after all that I’m seriously going to have to reconsider if perhaps it’s worth the effort to change providers. Pls review my past consults with you and see that this was resolved.
I canceled the [redacted] email after my husband and I separated. I proved I was owner of the account

If it helps – I believe it was sept/oct that I corresponded with WordPress to have the situation resolved.
Try sending an email to [redacted] and you will see it is no longer active

You're going to have to go through your past info pertaining to my conversations with you as it turns out I no longer have my Jan 2015 master card records
Surely you keep track of this type of thing – as mentioned – it was sept/October that we went through this the first time
Surely I'm not the first to cancel an email account – this is ridiculous
I'm very stresssd out – last time it was over a month to get resolution

Pls realise that in sept I couldn't do any work on my website and bc I had changed my email address I had to go through a very long and painful process of finding my receipt, & contacting pay pal for a number WordPress needed to prove I was the owner. I did all that was required and then WordPress was to update my account info and remove my old xplornet address. Obviously this didn't occur and in turn I had no clue my account was expiring. I hope you have record of this as I no longer have Jan 2015 MasterCard info to prove I'm the owner a second time
I need to know that I can count on WordPress to update my info when required and keep my website active. I'm literally sick about all this – as I've mentioned I have a lot of ads out right. NOw and am campaigning for an upcoming workshop.I've asked a few times how long my site has been inactive – pls reply and pls advise if WordPress keeps track of previous forum posts and/or resolutions with clients
