My website isn't working!

It started here and then went to email (if it did at all but seems to me it did and I would not have wanted to post personal info on a forum)
How long has my site been offline and how many times do I have to ask this to get an answer?

I've just had a new ad hit the newspaper today….
Pls advise when I can pay you and get my site up and runningHOW LONG HAS THIS BEEN DOWN!? I'm getting. Extremely frustrated not having this question answered!
Can someone call me soon? This email is not helping at all -
My Facebook ads for the week are only $50 but you can add my $100 newspaper as today and another $35 for my radio ad per week
So so far we are looking at $185 in ad costs for one week that will get me nothing due to your not updating my info as requested on sept/October
Have your manager let me know when and how I will be reimbursed -
What is going on? I haven't had any resolution on this and no one is getting back to me
Wordpress did NOT update my email info and as a result I have no website! Backtrack through my correspondence in sept/oct!
This is very poor service
I am contemplating being more proactive in terms of sharing this experience with you company but would rather simply resolve this in an amicable manner. Your lack of assistance is not making this easy… -

I’ve had no response with respect to how long my site is down and I am losing credibility and clients while I wait for you to fix this.
I’ve been waiting 2 days for a resolution to this and received nothing
I want a manager to call me today (after 3:00 alberta time) with some answers [redacted]
Should I be ignored again, I have been advised to have my lawyer get involved. -

You will need to go through our conversations (some of which eventually went to email) that took place last sept/oct when I had to update my email with you. I had to contact PayPal and get a verification code from them I order to prove I was the account owner. After a huge hassle and great deal of time I was able to get what you needed but seems my email account was not updated
Go ahead and try [redacted] and you will see it is not active. My account was supposed to be updated to julesrainforth but apparently was not so I was never notified that my account was going to expire
I am running a campaign on my upcoming workshop right now and my website is very necessary. I’m losing credibility while this gets resolved
Pls pls pls update my email and reinstate my website
I would expect after all of this that WordPress will cover the $80 charge for this year as this was none of my doing and resolution is taking a ridiculous amount of time not to mention I’ve spent at least $185 this week alone for advertising that will go nowhere bc my website is inactiveThere’s no reason this cannot be resolved today

The site was already reinstated. But let’s stick with email from here on out (so don’t reply to this thread, just reply to the private email I sent.) When you post partial email addresses here, that’s still compromising your privacy, because any response sent here is public. If you post full email addresses, they are hidden from the public. Still, since we’re working with you privately now, let’s focus our efforts in one thread. Thanks!
