My website keep crashing due to trying to upgrade WP to 6.0

    How can I get support? I am happy to pay for it but where does WordPress provide support?

    As we mentioned in your previous thread, that site isn’t hosted by us at WordPress.com, so we are unable to help with the issues you’re facing.

    There are two types of WordPress. The first is WordPress.com, where we provide daily backups, automatic updates, a 24/7 support service, and an optimized version of WordPress. The second is self-hosted WordPress.org, where the free, open-source version of the software is installed onto a server.

    There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.

    You’re using WordPress.org on your site, so for support, you would want to post on the WordPress.org support forum here.

    It’s possible to migrate the site over to WordPress using our migration plugin, and the site would need to be on the Business plan. If you do migrate your site over to our hosting, we would be able to help you with your site.
