My website keeps getting hacked

    I am one of the editors-in-chief of nshsdenebola.com that uses your website building tools. We keep getting hacked and every time we try to press on an article through Facebook, it transfers the reader to a spam page. We have been hacked several times in the past, but solved the problem ourselves by deleting malicious plugins. However, this time, we can not figure out what happened and have been in contact with Verve to no avail. We are a relatively small website that should be protected under your security measures and would like to start discussing a solution to this problem. These security issues have been happening frequently enough that we have begun to lose readership. Thank you and if you need more information from our team, please contact us.

    You have reached the WordPress.com support forum. nshsdenebola.com isn’t hosted here so staff have no access to it. You’ll need to seek advice at https://wordpress.org/support/ as the two similar sounding platforms operate differently.

    I am having problems with my business wordpress site that i have spent over a week trying to fix. My site has been hacked http://www.yorkrecyclingservice.co.uk i have done many checks endless in fact. My site does this occasionally which seems very sneaky as you think you repaired the problem and then it’s back. It always goes to the same address that is the following (http://financereview.org/work-at-home-mom-success-story/?sxid=p9z232b7w2uu). This web address keeps me awake at night. I have run endless online searches for spam comes back with nothing. Just as you think you’ve repaired it’s back I am going out my mind trying to work out where this is. Now as result i am now barred from Google adwords. 
    I have looked on every page can’t find any html redirect text. Please Help.

    I would appreciate any help whatsoever. My head is burnt out and business is losing work and leads next my staff will have to start going. I can’t believe this is happening.

    Or can somebody please point me in the right direction to get some help.

    Hello @allmailyork,

    As, @themagicrobot stated this forum is only for sites hosted with wordpress.com. If you have a wordpress site that is hosted with another provider please post your issue at WordPress.org.

    You should also definitely contact your host provider for support which in your case should be at 1and1 support.
