My website layout just changed without notice and many functions are no more available

  I do not understand what is happening with my website I just need to speak to someone that can tell me whats happening to it please. My website layout and functions just changed and melted into thin air without warning. My subscription is still valid until June 24 2019. Is there anyone at WordPress to address my case and explain to me what is happening please
