  The admin part doesn’t load and both the regular site and the administrative parts of the site indicate that the site is not secure.

  By “admin part”, do you mean http://www.lougaglia.com/wp-admin or your WordPress.com dashboard? I am able to access your site’s login page at http://www.lougaglia.com/wp-admin.

  I’m also seeing the security warning you mention.
  Staff, when navigating to lougaglia.com on Chrome, I see the “Not Secure” warning in the browser bar.

  I’ve tagged staff to help.

  Please let us know more details about the admin access issue if possible!

  Thank hou. Yes, when I try to log in the admin page it won’t load and I see the security warning. When I love into the regular site it looks fine except for the site not secure warning.

  Hi there,

  Although your domain is hosted with us, your SSL certificate is failing because the site isn’t hosted with WordPress.com. The A records of Lougaglia.com is currently pointed elsewhere.

  All mapped/registered domains and subdomains have SSL automatically added to them, as long as they’re correctly pointed to us. Where is your site hosted?
