My website menus show error pages

  My menus show error pages, everyday, until I log into my WP dashboard to hit the re-save menu button. It’s becoming stressful re-saving my menus everyday. I have checked my plugins, and none of them seem to be causing the problem. Please, I would appreciate any help resolving this problem. Thanks
