  Hi, wondering why is my webpage not working properly?

  The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). It is not hosted by WordPress.com, but it is connected with Jetpack.

  Hi there,

  I see that your WordPress.com Business plan had expired some time ago before you purchased the plan again. When the Business plan expired, third-party themes and plugins are deactivated automatically.

  You can go to My Site → Appearance → Themes and My Site → Plugins and reactivate the plugins/theme that you had active.

  Your site will look as it did before once you have reactivated the plugins that were deactivated when the plan expired.
