  My site is stollerstudio.com. It was built by someone I can no longer reach, and I need to make changes. This is from my assistant who is trying to make the changes:

  We are needing to update the PHP through the website host. We assume it’s either hosted on WordPress or through Themewich BigFormat, however, we don’t have the login to the main WP login. We login only through the website’s backend.

  How can I get the main login information?

  That is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with here.

  To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  According to https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=www.stollerstudio.com it’s hosted with https://www.sonic.com/ (or a reseller of theirs)

  WordPress.org has some recommendations at https://wordpress.org/support/article/resetting-your-password/ but really getting access to your hosting account is the most important thing right now.
