Hello, I paid and transferred my domain from godaddy to WordPress last week. it’s zizzajune.com. I am trying to edit my site now and can see that no plug-in is added to the plan I paid for. That makes the website as good as useless. Can you please check it out for me and I’d like a refund. Thank you

It looks like your site has a Personal plan, which comes with lots of features but does not include plugin support. Is there a specific plugin you are looking to install? We include a lot of functionality with your plan so you may not need a plugin!
You can also upgrade to the Business plan to enable plugin support for your site:
If you would still like to cancel your purchase you can certainly do so. You can cancel your plan by visiting Upgrades > Purchases > [your purchase]. Then choose Cancel, if the purchase is within the refund window you will receive a full refund for your purchase:
WordPress.com is happy to issue refunds for purchases within our refund timeframes. You can cancel most purchases directly from Upgrades → Purchases in your WordPress.com dashboard.
