My website redirects me to wp-admin

    Hello, I changed my WP Site URL and WP Home URL in general settings from wp-admin panel and than my website disappeared and I couldn`t log in to wp-admin panel. I changed back urls in php database and now I can log in to my wp-admin but when I`m trying to go to my website, browser redirects me in to wp-admin panel. I tried to put commands: define(‘WP_HOME’,’http://carmaniacs.pl’); define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’http://carmaniacs.pl’);
    in wp-config file but it didn`t help. What is causing this problem and how I can fix it? I couldn`t find the answer anywhere to resolve this issue. I`m getting this link when I`m trying to reach my website:
    http://carmaniacs.pl/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.carmaniacs.pl%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1
