My managed WordPress website says not secure. How do I fix?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, so we cannot help with this.
Please contact your hosting provider directly for help setting up an SSL certificate on that site.

Apologies if this is a silly question but are you saying that even though it is a managed WordPress site, WordPress cannot help me?
I was of the impression that getting a Managed WordPress site would take care of the whole https thing -
“WordPress” cannot help you, no, as “WordPress” is just the name of a piece of software, not a company or an organisation. That software is free to use, and made by a community of volunteers on WordPress.org.
This forum is for WordPress.com, which is a hosting provider for that software, and we provide free SSL for all sites that are hosted on our servers, like your site, https://healthjunkielive.wordpress.com/. But your site at http://www.healthjunkielive.com/ is not hosted with us.
You can find more info on the difference between the two here:
You are hosting your site with GoDaddy.com. GoDaddy sells “managed WordPress hosting”, but that’s just a type of hosting plan they offer, and doesn’t indicate any affiliation between GoDaddy and either WordPress.com or the open source WordPress project.
Even if it did indicate such an affiliation, SSL has nothing to do with the WordPress software you use to build your site, but is something that needs to be configured on your server. In this case that server is controlled by GoDaddy.com, so they’re the ones that need to help you with this.
