I was setting my domain (Transferred it successfully and migrated the site) and suddenly I’m getting this error – You no longer have access to this site and its purchases. Contact support.

I’m not able to reach out to the support or access my Business subscription plan I had got and suddenly everything is gone – My domain, Hosting, Access to website, etc. The website has also gone down.

    Need help with this!

My website address is searchev.in (searchev.wordpress.com) and both the domain/business plan was there in my WordPress.com dashboard. Everything is gone now.

    Hi there, @prashjag!

I was able to duplicate the issue you mentioned here. The problem here is that there are issues with your domain setup and your domain searchev.in is not currently connected correctly to your WordPress.com site. I see you are managing DNS for this domain with Cloudflare but there are no A records added to the domain so the domain is not loading your WordPress.com site.

For now, I have set searchev.wpcomstaging.com as the primary site address on your site.

To resolve your domain issue, try adding the following DNS records where you manage DNS:

    Type: A
    Host: searchev.in
    Target: 192.0.78.155

    Type: A
    Host: searchev.in
    Target: 192.0.78.231

    Type: CNAME
    Name: www
    Points to: searchev.in

Once done, you can set searchev.in as the primary site address on your site again by following this guide:

    WP
Domains » Set a Primary Address
    in WordPress.com Support
    2 min read
Your primary site address is the domain that people will see in their browser’s address bar when they visit your site. It is the address you use to promote your website. With a WordPress.com plan, you can set a custom domain as the primary site address. Without a paid plan, all custom domain(s) on the site will automatically redirect to your free .wordpress.com or .wpcomstaging.com site address

Let me know if you have any questions!

    @mishivee – Thank you.

The issue was solved after you changed the primary domain back to the wordpress.com one. I was able to reach out to the chat to get the setup fixed.
