My website suddenly changed, its out loook

  What is happened to my website? I have always been on business plan and also it looks like my outlook has changed and my latest posts is not in place

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there, from your description, it sounds like something expired. I’ve gone ahead and tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Thanks for your patience while they get back to you.

  As long as you are logged in with the username that purchased the upgrade plan, you should be able to see what’s happened in your Purchases/Billing History dashboard https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Hi @godswill44, I can confirm this site is missing its business plan. It was owned by another user. When the plan expired, so did the license to premium themes and what not.

  Can you log out and log in as that person, or, have that person log in and re-purchase a business plan?

  I can not see history. As far as I can remember I I upgraded to business plan in summer of last year so should still be valid. Besides don’t WordPress send a reminder ???
