  I need help with my website. I have some tempplates in eementor pro but my wordpress is not recognizing that i have elementor pro

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  You mentioned that WordPress(.com) isn’t recognizing that you have Elementor Pro. Is this seen via an error message somewhere on your site? If so, please share the location and the error message so we can take a further look.
