My website Times out / goes dark

In the past week, or so, I have noticed when I go to my website (www.creativetable.net), after about 1 minute my site shadows over and must be refreshed to navigate through it. I do not have this issue with any other site (at least not that I have found). I thought I was my browser (Bing) so I brought my site up on Chrome and it did the same thing. When I use my ipad after a minute it tries to reload and an error pops up saying ‘ a problem repeatedly occurred on this site’ and won’t reload.
I am certainly not tech savvy so I am not sure what to even look at. I don’t know if this is an issue with wordpress, my theme (customizr), my host (host gator), or something else. I have been doing some updates and setting up some SEO things in the past couple of weeks so I don’t know it I messed something up there. I don’t really recall when this issue actually started. I think (if I did it right) to create a back up before I did any of the updates and changes…should I try to restore the site to where I did the back up? If I do that will I lose the posts I have created since then?
Any help/guidance on this would be greatly appreciated.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
