  You better have an answer ready because this is now getting me down! My website – marilynztomlins.com – has been unavailable all this day (April 25) and I’ve not even had access to my Admin. For the past couple of hours I do have access to an Admin – but alas not to mine but to that of expatfrancedotcom.wordpress/wp-admin. Please correct this.
  Another thing is what is your contact email address so that one does not have to go through the forums.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  marilynztomlins.com is hosted by GigeNET and not by WordPress.COM. I’ll tag this thread for a Staff follow-up and they will help your sort this out. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting.

  timethief – Hi!

  My site – marilynztomlins.com is hosted by webhostingpad. I joined them on 02/11/2009 and the expiration date is 02/11/2015. My fee has been fully paid up until 02/10/2015.

  I emailed them and this was their reply to me:

  Hi, any word? I just tried to update my wordpress blog, i run a prophoto theme, and it gave me the same error. But I also just tried to do it on my new laptop for the first time, so was wondering if that had anything to do with it?

  The word is the word that TT gave you: neither of you have a WordPress.com blog and we cannot help you here. You need to be at the WordPress.ORG forums for help.
