  Hi – My website uses Divi, and it’s not saving/allowing me to change my background images at all. My web designer has tried everything over many hours…and two of my pages just have horrible black images behind them due to this

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  Please contact support at Elegant Themes directly for any issues related to the Divi theme, as they are the ones who make that theme. Even if your site was hosted with us we couldn’t help with this, as we don’t make Divi and have no control over how it works.
