My website was hacked
-
Hello,
Recently, I have noticed some unusual user subscriptions to my website from different IP addresses, but with the same email domain ‘@coffeejeans.com.ua’. Today, my website is no longer accessible via HTTPS, and I am unable to access the settings to investigate what has happened. All of my posts have disappeared, and I am unable to remove the suspicious users. Additionally, many other services are now insecure and I cannot access them because there is no HTTPS. Even the customer support is unavailable, as the website ‘diy-home.org’ no longer exists.
I suspect this may be a man-in-the-middle (MITM) attack on the DNS, but I am not completely sure.
Could you please help me solve this problem?
Thank you.

Hi there,
I’ve taken a quick look at your site and see that it is displaying an error message that is typically related to a plugin conflict, and not indicative of a hack.
This is difficult for us to troubleshoot here in the forums, but please try us via the live chat support option provided under your Business Plan here:
https://wordpress.com/me/chat/
This will allow us to look into the issue with you in realtime, so we can troubleshoot any plugin conflicts with you. Thanks!
