  I would like to start a new website with my dame domain http://www.maamjax.org
  how can I do that?

  Hi there, you’ll need to work out any domain problems with the registrar, but once that’s resolved you’re welcome to map or transfer the domain here:

  You’re also welcome to start the site now and add the domain later:
  https://wordpress.com/support/start/

  I’d recommend reaching out to GoDaddy directly, though, so you can resolve whatever is going on with the domain itself.
