My website went down, and I cannot access anything to repair

    Hi all,

    My site went down a couple days ago. This has happened in the past and if I just let it be, it usually repairs itself within the day. It’s now been a couple and no luck. I’m still learning all of this but feel like I am really at a dead end. I’ve tried all of the articles and help functions, and I am not able to do any of the steps because I cannot access WP Admin. I keep getting ‘There has been a critical error on your website.’ on every page I try and go to. In the email, it seems as though there was a problem with my social media plug in, but I have no way to deactivate them without accessing the pages.

    I tried disconnecting Jetpack per that support page, and now I cannot reconnect. I’m terrified I may have lost all of my contest permanently!

    Any help to get my content and site back would be greatly appreciated. I’m desperate.
