  I renewed my domain name, got the receipt for it and everything, but every time I try to go to the website, it doesn’t work.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Hayley,

  The issue is that your domain registration had been expired for several weeks when you purchased Domain Mapping upgrade, so purchasing that upgrade would have no effect because it’s registration was locked. For clarification, the Domain expiration process is a lengthy one, which you can read about here, but in general renewing a domain requires action before it expires. Otherwise only staff can retrieve the domain from our registrar and renew it for you.

  I’ve refunded you the $13 for that domain mapping renewal, and I’m emailing you so we can discuss the specifics of your domain while assuring your privacy.
