My website is AtiimChenzira.com and I cannot get in. Please contact me ASAP as I have a festival that I am attempting to promote and I’m not sure if someone has taken control of my site or if there is a simple answer I can take care of right away. Thanks.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Tiger Tech.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
