My website won’t even know and WordPress: Do they even HAVE employees to ask?

Not sure why the contact support sends me to other NON-PAID users in forums to try to manage THEIR business, but WHO DO I CONTACT WHO IS LITERALLY PAID BY YOUR COMPANY to help me? HOW do I do that? The link to my site won’t even open. It’s a paid site and I already paid and no longer have access NOR does anyone I shared my information with over the last month that I ran in to. Terrible also for potential freelance writing jobs I give my link to.
Also, please remove my last forum question as I thought I was being linked to a company, not the internet as a whole.

I’m sorry for my all caps and frustration as it is rude. However, the nicer way to express this is the fact that I needed immediate help and after troubleshooting an hour of my previous energy, nothing. Please show that you are a reputable hosting site and help me receive the service I paid for and if there was an issue with my payment, please address that. I don’t otherwise understand what is happening. Again, I am sorry I was rude. Please help.

We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must contact Bluehost support as they dropped your domain on 19 Feb 2023.
