My website won’t go live

  So I have a domain name, I bought some kind of premium plan, and I’ll kinds of other stop to get my website live and it still isn’t life. It was supposed real live almost 2 weeks ago and I’m trying to get really frustrated. I really need help and I need to know what’s going on

  Hi elliottbrogley,

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com which suggests you may have another. What is the address of the site you purchased a plan for? Please don’t share any transaction IDs here, a site link is all I need for now.

  You could also try logging out of elliottbrogley, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to.
