My website wont load

  My web site isnt loading… I think i just purchased the domain mapping extra for the second time cause it was asking for it.. Wondering what is going on?

  I reviewed your mshanser account and I found that the micahshanser.com domain expired on 2011-09-22. You tried to renew it on 2011-10-09 but that was 17 days after the domain expired and so that’s why the renewal did not go through.

  Your domain is now in what is called redemption period. That is a period where the parent registrar holds the domain for at least 30 days after expiration and allows the original owner to purchase it back for an additional fee. The fee they offer is $80 in addition to the normal renewal price for the domain itself. Are you interested in paying the fee and recovering the domain from redemption?

  If I dont buy it with in that 30days can I then buy it at the original rate? or do they hold the domain it that higher rate? Also I am wondering if I will be reimbursed for the money I already spent?

  Once the domain exits the redemption period, it is returned to the public pool and can be purchased for the normal rate. This can take up to 90 days, and sometimes longer in rare cases.

  I have refunded the money from your renewal attempts.
