It sounds as though your website is using the self-hosted WordPress.org and not hosted on WordPress.com. You can read the differences here:
https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/From what I can see, it looks to be hosted with GoDaddy.
I would recommend reaching out on the WordPress.org forums here:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/GoDaddy support may be able to restore a working backup if this can’t be resolved over the WordPress.org forums.
