My website won’t load

  My website is hosted by GoDaddy and built with wordpress. It renewed my subscription with GoDaddy and now my webpage won’t load.

  In that case we can’t help you as your site is not on the wordpress.com platform. Ask Godaddy waht’s going on.

  i just got off the phone with go daddy. They say its a wordpress issue…

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
