my websites are wordpress and they are a mess I really need help

  I am with Blue Host and my emails don’t work half the time and they can’t seem to fix my wordpress websites problems. I need to change to word press hosting and need technical support. I have spent hours and they say it is fixed and it never is.

  I’m sorry you’re having these problems with your website and that Bluehost hasn’t been able to fix them.

  Since you’re with Bluehost, that means you’re on the self-hosted WordPress.org, instead of WordPress.com which is what’s supported here (see https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/ for a comparison between the two). Have you already tried asking for help at the WordPress.org forums (https://wordpress.org/support/forums/)? WordPress.org also has extensive documentation at https://wordpress.org/support/ that might help.

  And if you’re certain you want to move your website out of Bluehost to here at WordPress.com, you can use this guide as a reference for doing so: https://wordpress.com/support/moving-from-self-hosted-wordpress-to-wordpress-com/
