My websites domain expired, is my website gone?

    My website domain expired and the contractor that set up the website isnt responding. Is the website gone forever? Is there a way to renew the domain and get the website back up?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your response. Its for mqrcafe.com. I believe we got everything sorted out as far as payment. It was hosted through hostgator and payments are now all up to date through hostgator but we’re still unable to access both the site and the backend through wordpress. But its also
