My websites email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Not any other.

    I can not get into my website. It is saying I have another email address. I do Not. I am not allowed in my Word press now. I need help.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login with us or are using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
