My welcome email isnt sending

    im using jetpack newsletters and created a custom welcome email, which is supposed to send after email confirmation. It doesn’t. Ive searched and can’t figure out why.

    Hi there, is this on a self-hosted WordPress install with the Jetpack plugin or a WordPress.com website?

    • Are you testing with a brand-new subscription (welcome emails won’t re-send to existing subscribers who have already confirmed)?
    • Can you confirm if other automated Jetpack emails (like post notifications) are being delivered to your subscribers?

    Sometimes, delays or issues can also be caused by missing email confirmations (subscribers must click the link in the confirmation email before the welcome email is triggered).
