MY WESBITE CANT OPEN

  Hello, I have been using this website for sometime and now all of a sudden it doesn’t open anymore when i visit it, it says connection has timed out. I can login into the dashboard but i cannot administer anything i would like to do.
  kindly help me.

  Are you seeing this issue for the https://rctmakwest.wordpress.com/ site?

  I was able to load the site without any issues. Usually, that error means that there’s a connection error, so it could be the signal is weak or an issue with the internet. Have you tested resetting your router and disconnecting and re-connecting your internet?

  Also, it might be worth testing this with a different browser in case any extensions might be conflicting.

  Please do make sure you’re running the latest version of your browser http://browsehappy.com and test clearing out the browser cache and cookies by following the guide here

  Helo, thanks for feedback.
  I have a strong signal, other websites are working very well. I tried resetting my internet connection, changed devices and still all in vain and my browser is uptodate

  Hi @makindyewest, you might also try the trace route test mentioned here:
  https://wordpress.com/support/browser-issues/advanced-browser-troubleshooting/

  That should tell you where the disconnect is. If the trace stops fairly quickly, please check in with your ISP to see if they can help.
