my whole site has just been deleted, how to back it up so I dont lose manyears of work?

  Ive never heard that wordpress censors, so I did not back up my site. Ive just been told my site had been deleted, so can I get a backup of it, so that I dont lose the contents of an extensive site, that Ive built up over a dozen years? Prof. Dr. Hugo de Garis
