My whole site seems to have disappeared

I was alerted by a customer that my website wasn’t working. When I went to check it it’s showing that I have no posts and no pages. Why would they have disappeared?

While your site is connected to WordPress.com using the Jetpack plugin, it’s not hosted with us, so I’m afraid we’re not able to help with this. All I can tell you is that the Jetpack connection is not working, because the site is offline, and that’s why you’re not able to interact with your site via the My Sites dashboard here on WordPress.com.
I see at the moment your domain’s name servers is pointed to us, but your domain has never been hosted with us. If you perhaps changed the name servers in an attempt to fix things, that won’t work in this case.
The problem is most likely at One.com where your domain is registered, and where I’m guessing your site is also hosted, so please contact them directly for help with this.
